When can I expect my order?
We know you’re quivering with anticipation. After your order is placed, we aim to process and ship it to you in 3-7 business days. If you haven’t received an order confirmation or shipment notification, please contact us at email@example.com.
How should I care for my FEAST products?
We all want to last a little longer. Our clothing is made with love and screen printed by hand in LA. Please see the instructions provided inside your garment for best care practices.
What is the secret pocket for?
Nothing kills the mood more than that "I don't have a..." conversation. Each of our garments have a hidden pocket, perfectly discreet and sized to stash an on-the-go condom or fun-sized packet of lubricant. But feel free to put anything you want in there- a movie ticket, a mint, a note to yourself. We don’t judge.
Can I return my FEAST product?
Breakups are hard. Although we want you to love your order as much as we do, it can be hard to find a perfect match! If you aren’t satisfied with your garments, you can return or exchange for something new within 14 days of delivery. All clothing must be unworn and with tags still attached in order to receive a full refund.
How do I request a return?
To initiate a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number (provided in your order confirmation email), and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible with a printable return label. Once we’ve received your return on our end, you’ll receive a full refund. No hard feelings.
